Back-rake belt screen
BRB series. A polyester lifting belt drives the rake; timer and float switch keep it clean automatically. Can sit entirely above the operating floor for safety, looks and odour control.

A row of steel gate panels supported on their downstream side by inflatable air bladders. Controlling bladder pressure sets the upstream water level — precisely, and anywhere between fully lowered and fully raised.

Any shaftless conveyor can carry a dewatering zone — a fine wedge-wire screen with a flushing system — to remove liquid and dissolved organics from wet or sticky material. Depending on the application, volume falls by up to 75%.
